Shipping policy

All orders are sent via EXPRESS post with Australia Post at a flat rate of $18 or FREE for orders $150 and over.

We post orders Monday - Wednesday.  Any orders placed after 9am on Wednesday will be shipped the following week.  We choose not to post Thursdays and Fridays to save gift boxes getting caught in transit or spending the weekend in postal warehouses. We want to ensure our products get to you or your gift recipient as quickly and as fresh as possible.

Below provides a guide to our shipping process, however, please note that Queensland designated public holidays may impact this:

• Orders placed after 9am Wednesday through to 9am Monday will be shipped Monday/Tuesday.
• Orders placed after 9am Monday will be shipped Tuesday/Wednesday.
• Orders placed after 9am Tuesday up to 9am Wednesday will be shipped Wednesday. 

Once a purchase is made, your order will generally take 1-2 days to be dispatched as we bake everything from scratch. Once dispatched, the purchaser will receive a tracking notification which allows you to track the delivery details of the item.

Metro areas: Items are generally delivered within 1-2 days EXPRESS

Rural/non-metro area: Items are generally delivered 1-3 business days EXPRESS
