Shipping policy

All orders are sent EXPRESS via Australia Post for a flat rate of $18. 

We post orders Monday - Wednesday.  Orders placed after 6pm Tuesday will be shipped Monday of the following week.  We choose not to post Thursdays and Fridays to save gift boxes getting caught in transit or spending the weekend in postal warehouses. We want to ensure our products get to you or your gift recipient as quickly and as fresh as possible.

PLEASE NOTE:  We will be taking a short break during the upcoming September school holidays, with last orders shipping WEDNESDAY 23rd SEPTEMBER.  Orders will commence shipping again from TUESDAY 6th OCTOBER.  

Once a purchase is made, your order will generally take 1-2 days to be dispatched as we bake everything from scratch. Once dispatched, the purchaser will receive a tracking notification which allows you to track the delivery details of the item.

Metro areas: Items are generally delivered within 1-2 days EXPRESS

Rural/non-metro area: Items are generally delivered 1-3 business days EXPRESS

Unfortunately, we have no control over the delivery process or delays within the Australian postal system.
